How does the 14-day trial work?
When you sign up, you get a 14-day trial of the Team plan features. After the trial, you can upgrade to keep the features or continue on the free plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our payment partner Polar. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. CloudKeep uses end-to-end encryption with a zero-knowledge architecture. Your secrets are encrypted on your device before being stored, and only you hold the keys.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your existing data remains safe and accessible. However, you won't be able to create new resources beyond the limits of your new plan.
